Washington Post - Ceci Connolly
Hi every one . . .
Today I had met Ceci Connolly in a bar at Oaxaca, she is a writer from the Washington Post; she has been taking interviews with "real people" residents from Oaxaca. She is here to get all the impresions after the last year events. When it was necessary the involvement of Federal Police to mitigate the acts of subversion of several gangs that controls the political movement at Oaxaca.
Right now, Oaxaca is a very calm city, wich still have a very marked difference between rich and poor people. You will see it when you are travelling at the "Sierra", where you will find villages whit no health care service, running water or public lighting.
People that has to survive with less than 50 USD per monthly income, in comparison with Oaxaca Capital City where a waiter will take your order in a restaurant with a Palm mobile device.
She will publicate this and other histories at the Washington Post.
So, you guys must be ready to read it, because I will post it here . . . when she publish it.
"My country seen from the eyes of an American writer . . . "
best regards,
Ron
